In his eagerness to bring together the pleasure of art and the pleasure of wine, Ernesto Catena came up with the idea for this exclusive refuge.
This is also where, once a month, chefs and sommeliers gather to exchange pleasures, ideas and a bottle or two from Ernesto Catena’s personal wine cellar: the first harvests of some of his wines and the latest of others, or previews of new harvests before they have hit the market. All this takes place in a relaxed setting to the tune of good music. On those evenings, ALMANEGRA Wine Bar is open to anyone interested in taking part in this incredible experience.
